We are looking to hire a hard-working, self-motivated and high energy individual to join our staff as the new Restaurant/Tavern Manager at Gloryridge Tavern & Grill located in The Lodges at Gettysburg. A new Tavern with lot of growth potential. The manager will make the Tavern their own and grow it to its full potential.
This position demands creativity daily, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest level of standards. Managers must work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, reliable, and willing to not only manage, but work and lead by example. Applicants will have at least one year of management experience with several years of serving experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations under the guidance of the General Manager
- Purchasing, inventory control, controlling labor, scheduling, and safety and sanitation
- Ensure Service Excellence and work directly with the Executive Chef on specials and menu.
- Bar tend and serve as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven leadership and time management skills
- Excellence in proper food handling techniques and procedures
- Excellence in customer service skills
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
- Microsoft Excel and POS experience required.
