We are hiring a Building Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance team to assist primarily with restaurant operations under the direction of the Chief Engineer. The Building Maintenance Technician will be inspecting different equipment and performing basic repairs or preventative maintenance as required. To succeed in this position, you should have experience in maintenance, be skilled with various hand and power tools, have a keen attention to detail, ability to follow established procedures and excel in the ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical problems. The normal weekday hours for this position is Monday thru Friday 8:00 am until 4:30 pm with some after hours and on-call work as necessary.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts. The employee occasionally works in high places and is occasionally exposed to high heat. The employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
