The AmishView Inn & Suites Full-time Breakfast Kitchen Supervisor is responsible to assist the Kitchen Manager with ensuring that the kitchen team provides an outstanding guest experience by delivering great service and products in a clean, healthy and safe environment at this award-winning hotel. The Kitchen Supervisor will possess the ability to support the Kitchen Manager in training, developing, coaching and retraining employees while maintaining a healthy culture and keeping morale high by using accountability, fairness and consistency. The Kitchen Supervisor assists in overseeing compliance to established policies, procedures, and guidelines. The Kitchen Supervisor assists the Kitchen Manager with catering events, with ordering products and with maintaining cost and labor effective kitchen operations.
