Cornerstone is looking for a Sous Chef who wants to see other people succeed to join our growing team!

  • Encourage 4 years of elevated dining experience with 1 year of kitchen management preferred.
  • Enjoy people, as the back of house and front of house interact with guests on a daily basis.
  • Have an attitude of gratitude.  A life learner who is excited about creating experiences and goes the extra mile to support the team and cater to guest dietary needs. 
  • It is all about the craft of cooking.  Attention to detail with high self-standards and always taste every dish that goes out to our guests.

We are dedicated to the craft of cooking and hospitality and we have amazingly generous loyal guests with incredible support. And through COVID, we are honored to still do what we love serving others outdoors in our fully furnished Garden Patio and landscaped outdoor dining and lounge experience.  With intimate charm, guests enjoy an outdoor movie viewing theater, Foreign Cinema-esque from San Francisco with live music once a week.  We continue to pursue the things we love which translates to beautiful take-out, new market & wine shop options and a safe dining experience for brunch, lunch and dinner.  We have an incredible community who has helped us during these times and we’ve helped with obstacles alongside our team members, because it’s important for us to take care of our “food family”.

Our restaurant utilizes high caliber ingredients that highlight the ever-changing flavors of each season. The perfect marriage of California wine country, coastal New England, and the rustic charm of France & Italy's best kept secrets. Cornerstone's menu highlights small plates, large plates, tasting menu, our cheese & charcuterie program, some of the best oysters from the east & west coast, fresh pasta and beautifully grilled meats & seafood. Nicholas Kondra, Executive Chef has over 4 years experience working on one of the oldest wood grill's in the country at the famed Straight Wharf Restaurant on Nantucket. 

Transportation: Located next to Paoli/Thorndale station, this commuter rail station is just steps away from our front door with accessible parking lots within walking distance in the western suburbs of Philadelphia at North Wayne Avenue. The following transit lines have routes that pass near Wayne, PA, Bus 106 and Subway NHSL.
