Hotel Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key partners to maximize occupancy.
• Targets and prospects new business opportunities through creative marketing campaigns, in-person sales calls, sales blitzes, tradeshows and networking events.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the front desk and guest services teams to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standards for customer service, and operational procedures including night audit processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality sales with a track record of successful revenue growth.
• Supervising experience leading teams within a hospitality or resort environment is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management principles, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest services excellence.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele effectively.
• Familiarity with hotel operations such as front desk procedures, night audit processes, and human resources practices.
