 What You’ll Do

1. Roasted Rooster

• Deliver excellent guest service with friendly, professional interactions.
• Prepare quality coffee drinks and smoothies.
• Maintain cleanliness, follow safety/operating procedures, and complete HACCP logs.
• Support sales promotions, restocking, and money handling with accuracy.
• Assist other departments when needed.

2. MOMS Pretzels

• Provide warm, consistent guest service.
• Skillfully bake pretzels and follow recipes.
• Complete HACCP logs, opening/closing duties, and cleaning routines.
• Stock condiments and supplies, support sales promotions, and handle cash transactions.
• Collaborate across departments when needed.

3. Bake Shop / Cookie Baker / Bakery Support

• Safely operate bakery equipment and follow recipes exactly.
• Bake cookies and prepare other baked goods for in-store, mail order, and sampling.
• Maintain product freshness, inventory levels, and waste control.
• Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and accurate labeling/storage.
• Support retail counter sales, floor stocking, and order fulfillment.

4. Harvest Café Guest Service

• Provide excellent service, handle transactions, and stock supplies.
• Follow HACCP logs, cleaning routines, and assist across departments.
