OVERVIEW OF ROLE:

Supporting the Director of Food and Beverage, the Outlet Manager role will lead and assist staff at all levels in multiple outlets. Responsibilities include collaborating on service standards, enhancing productivity and profitability, and ensuring financial and guest satisfaction goals are achieved through effective training and communication. Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in development of yearly budget for Outlets.
  • Develop monthly forecast.
  • Monitor payroll of Outlets
  • Attend weekly department head meeting.
  • Revise standards and procedures for department, as necessary.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with other departments.
  • Set example for all team members to emulate by complying with all hotel policies and procedures.
  • Perform a variety of other duties as assigned and responsibilities as requested.
  • Support & communicate the Company’s philosophy and company culture.
  • Support & communicate the Company’s philosophy and company culture using Guiding Principles and S.U.R.P.R.I.S.E & D.E.L.I.G.H.T as part of ensuring Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
  • Provide instruction and/or guidance and assist in the F&B initiatives to follow all Safety training and programs.
  • Must adhere to all State, Federal and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests to ensure all laws are being followed.
  • Write and present Yearly reviews to Outlet team members including assistant managers and supervisors.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Hospitality Degree or at minimum of 2 years of equivalent experience
  • Prior experience and knowledge using POS, OpenTable

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Stands/walks 60% of the shift. 40% doing administrative duties in office
  • Reaches, bends, stoops, and wipes frequently.
  • Lifts and carries up to 50lbs, places these items on high shelves and in walk-in cooler and/or freezer.
